Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Operations Manager to oversee our venue operations at Australian Venue Co. This role is perfect for a professional looking to advance their career in the hospitality industry.
Reporting directly to the Venue Supervisor, the ideal candidate will excel in fostering and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating a creative and solution-oriented mindset to ensure exceptional service for all patrons.

Key qualifications we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity within a comparable establishment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency in understanding and utilizing venue reporting systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Active presence during peak service times, including evenings and weekends
- Capability to conduct stock takes and address inventory discrepancies
- Experience in training, managing performance, and motivating team members
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms is advantageous
