  • Cultivate relationships with Graduate Optometrists, mentoring them in the effective use and recommendation of advanced technologies to customers.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to optimize Eyecare revenue through strategic labor management, technology implementation, and Medicare billing best practices.
