About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Super Retail Group. As a key member of our Commercial (Supply Chain) team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our retail brand sourcing and supply strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Integrated Business Planning: Provide oversight to the Executive Leadership Team on the shape of Inventory & Capacity Plan to support planned sales.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Lead alignment of brand supply plans to operational capacity through the supply chain network.
  • Scenario Modelling: Review the supply chain long-term risks and opportunities and endeavour to manage these prior to brands or operational teams being impacted.
  • Inventory Management: Identify opportunities to optimize brands' inventory to deliver cost, service, or safety benefits, as well as assist with KPI setting and reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary education in a relevant business or supply chain & logistics discipline.
  • Extensive planning experience through demand, supply, merchandise, and inventory, within multi-brand and/or multi-channel retailing or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching broad operational teams, preferably working with remote and multi-national teams.
  • Experience with forecasting and replenishment systems (JDA/SAP ideally).
  • Understanding of distribution centre and/or warehousing operations, including product flow impacts.
  • Significant experience working in retail or FMCG, preferably within a multi-brand, multi-national, or complex organization.
