We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to create accurate financial projections and drive business growth.
  • Oversee month-end close processes, including fixed assets, intercompany loans reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
  • Develop and improve financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial management across the organization.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings.
  • Meet with executive leadership team members to discuss financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to provide accurate forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Experience as a company accountant or finance manager with a background in SME business.
  • Strong Excel skills, with a focus on financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship building skills.
