  2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  4. Provide recommendations for product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on market insights.
  5. Develop a marketing strategy and plan for the group with the assistance of our internal marketing team.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  2. Utilize sales data to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales and/or management within the financial services industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in managing distribution processes and logistics.
  5. Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans based on insights.
  6. Willingness to travel across the country to attend industry events as required.
