Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 per annum, paid under the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 MA000002 and National Employment Standards in the Fair Work Act 2009.

Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our team, with a focus on payroll and general office duties. The successful candidate will be required to work three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays) and be available for annual leave coverage throughout the year.

In addition to payroll, the Admin role will also involve:

  • Preparing quotes for clients
  • Consultant duties
  • Rostering and scheduling
  • Calling and visiting clients
  • Finding candidates and conducting interviews

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to take on new challenges and responsibilities, including recruitment and client management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
