We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our experienced and supportive Allied Health team at Beleura Private Hospital, a 203-bed fully accredited private hospital located on the Mornington Peninsula.
The clinical role will comprise working in the acute or rehabilitation setting, focusing on orthopaedics, spinal surgery, cardiac surgery, medical/reconditioning, neurology, or oncology.
The successful applicants will demonstrate an ability to manage a diverse caseload and work autonomously, as well as actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team, to address functional, equipment, and service needs of the client population in the hospital/rehabilitation setting.
We require Occupational Therapists who have weekday and/or weekend availability. Experience in rehabilitation services, acute hospital settings, and/or outpatient therapy programs is desirable but not essential.
About You- Strong clinical skillset along with a passion for client care
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to effectively plan, set client-centred goals, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs
- Experience in rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings highly regarded
- Thrive in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values
