Job Opportunity: Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill a key role in our centre leadership team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a safe and secure environment where children can thrive and learn.

You will work closely with the centre leadership team to develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the centre leadership team to create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Establishing strong relationships with families to ensure they feel informed and confident in their child's education and care.
  • Driving business performance and enabling us to invest in high-quality education for young children across Australia.
  • Contributing to making your centre an example of excellence in all aspects of our work.

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Financial management skills and accountability.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
