Responsibilities:
  • Drive business expectations through collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement community programs in partnership with program management and retail teams.
  • Identify and create net-new sales opportunities for the Supplier Sales team.
  • Manage pipelines of individual contributors and team members through regular pipeline reviews.
  • Aggregate pipeline data for forecasting purposes.
  • Address tactical issues as they arise with finance and operations.
  • Cultivate a culture aligned with our values.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop sales representatives to ensure success and continuity.
  • Partner with sales training to leverage resources for proper training.
