- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets in line with premium standards.
- Implement structured sales processes and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Develop team-wide product expertise through coaching and training initiatives.
- Oversee sales administration and reporting to support accurate forecasting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the management team to align sales efforts with dealership objectives.
