Sales Team Leader

As a seasoned automotive sales leader, you will oversee the sales team at one of our four dealerships in Werribee, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Train new sales staff, providing guidance and support for their success.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is essential; ideally with a background in Honda.
- A proven track record of success in automotive sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- A valid driver's license.
