Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment.
  • Proven leadership abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Able to manage a productive team and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
