As Creative Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the bar, ensuring an inviting and dynamic space where guests feel at home while delivering seamless service. What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in bar management, ideally in high-volume or late-night venues.
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, including prep, batching, and creative menu development.
  • Excellent understanding of venue systems, compliance, and licensing regulations specific to late-night operations.
  • Confident, approachable, and skilled at building relationships with guests and staff.
  • A passion for hospitality, creativity, and innovation in beverages.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the bar, creating an inviting and vibrant environment for late-night guests.

  • Use exceptional people skills to build relationships with staff, regulars, and new guests.
