About the Role

We're seeking a Logistics Expert to join our Container Freight Station (CFS) team. As a key member, you'll address complex challenges in the logistics industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving CFS warehouse issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service through 2nd line incident management and support
  • Drafting business requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Evaluating existing functionalities and recommending improvements
  • Documenting supporting content and release notes
  • Analyzing and documenting processes
  • Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting optimal business practices and system functionality
  • Troubleshooting problems and solving root causes
  • Conducting product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Collaborating with customers and development throughout the lifecycle of new features

About You

You'll be an expert in CFS software development, with a strong understanding of factors driving efficiency and productivity gains within operations. Experience in freight forwarding, customs control, landside transport, and end-to-end supply chain operations is essential.

A strong communicator and attentive listener, you excel at uncovering root causes and navigating challenging situations. A self-starter with the ability to upskill and manage tasks effectively, you thrive in a flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in container freight station related logistics/supply chain areas
  • Experience using CargoWise or similar software
  • Strong understanding of customs control processes, international freight forwarding, and landside transport movements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated self-driven learning and self-development
  • Background in software development and integration advantageous

What We Offer

As a Logistics Expert, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
