The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support services to the Executive Director of Medical Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Executive Director, including project work and coordination of meetings and events.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient management and operation of the Executive Director's office.
- Provide support services to other senior executive and medical workforce or management staff as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare briefing documents and summary reports.
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, employment contracts, and changes to working conditions.
- Engage with Aboriginal communities in a culturally appropriate manner.
- Proven experience in providing confidential and professional administrative support to executive level staff.
- Extensive experience in providing accurate and professional administrative services, including minute taking, preparing agendas, and attending to relevant action items.
- Established experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
- Ability to engage with Aboriginal communities in a culturally appropriate manner.

Selection Criteria- DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
