Job Opportunity: Resolve Customer Enquiries

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Resolutions Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers by resolving their enquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

As a Resolutions Consultant, you will be responsible for exercising professional judgement to resolve complex customer enquiries and complaints. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
