Marina Guest Services Representative

Imagine a tranquil marina, nestled in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. A vibrant lifestyle awaits, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and an array of boating opportunities.

Job Role:
  • Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures for our guests
  • Meet and greet vessel owners and crew members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle day-to-day requests from skippers, including cleaning and detailing vessels
  • Process transactions and address general inquiries and complaints

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about boats and the water. You will need to be an excellent communicator, with a commitment to providing friendly, efficient service.

Requirements:
  • Current QLD driver's licence
  • Ability to obtain RDA qualification
  • Coxswain 3 qualification
  • Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certifications
  • Strong administration skills and high standard of personal presentation
