Tour Desk Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and engaging individual to join our team as a Tour Desk Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with tour providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with the team.

As a key point of contact for guests, you will spend time chatting with them about available tours and activities, assisting in choosing the right tours, booking and managing bookings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all bookings are accurate and payments are processed accordingly, while providing a positive and engaging experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with tour providers to share accurate information with the team
  • Assist guests in choosing the right tours and book/manage bookings
  • Ensure accurate bookings and payment processing
  • Provide a positive and engaging experience for guests

Requirements:

  • Be well-presented and have excellent customer service skills
  • Hold sales and retail customer service experience
  • Hold a valid driver's license
