About the Position:

We are seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our retail store. This role requires flexibility, including occasional Saturday shifts. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about promoting the Medibank brand at various corporate events.

In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering health services to our customers, advocating for our health system, and engaging with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Territory Manager in mentoring and developing team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Identify sales opportunities while fostering relationships within the community to meet customer needs.
  • Engage with members both in-store and through virtual platforms.
  • Contribute to enhancing the store culture, promoting a results-oriented and team-focused environment.
  • Organize and take part in promotional events, including community activations and marketing initiatives.
