  • **Team Management:** Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • **Stock Management:** Oversee the receipt and storage of stock, ensuring that it is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • **Sales and Profitability:** Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
  • **Health and Safety:** Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • **Recruitment and Training:** Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year experience as a Retail Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
