Job Title: Retail Supervisor

About the Role:

Tai's Asian Food is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile tills, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
