About the RoleIn this role, you will work in partnership with injured workers and their employers to manage their journey in returning to work. You will ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers

- Document and apply decision-making principles
- Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a case management, workers compensation and/or allied health environment or similar. You will also bring a high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills.
