Role Overview


This full-time position will be split into two main areas: HR Administration and Accounts (2 days) and Office Administration and Medical Events Coordination (3 days).




  • HR Admin and Accounts: In this part of the role, you'll support onboarding and offboarding, manage our HR platform and database, and record leave using Employment Hero. You'll also assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and be trained in payroll to cover your colleagues.
  • Office Admin and Medical Events Coordination: Here, you'll manage the delivery of all medical education events, roadshows, and national conferences. Your responsibilities will include applying for compliance regulations to sponsor third-party and HCP-related events, arranging travel, coordinating marketing materials, organizing event packs and collateral, and maintaining stock.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maintaining our HR platform and database
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating medical education events and conferences
  • Applying for compliance regulations to sponsor events
  • Arranging travel and managing event logistics


About You


You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills. You excel in managing multiple tasks and have strong communication skills as you navigate the many key stakeholders.



Earn an Estimated AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
