About the Role

Come and work for Congress as an ICT Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to staff, guests, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless IT product and service delivery, including network and application access, as well as the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, notebooks, desk phones, and mobile phones.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in various software applications and hardware devices is essential, along with a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff, guests, and other stakeholders using IT products and services.
  • Assist with network and application access.
  • Deliver, install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, notebooks, desk phones, and mobile phones.
About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $100,210 - $119,925 per annum, plus additional benefits such as six weeks' annual leave, generous salary packaging options, and access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost.
