Come and work for Congress as an ICT Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to staff, guests, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless IT product and service delivery, including network and application access, as well as the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, notebooks, desk phones, and mobile phones.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to staff, guests, and other stakeholders using IT products and services.
