Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Ampe Kenhe Apmere Congress Childcare Centre in Alice Springs, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a bi-cultural adaptation of the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a) to children attending the Ampe Kenhe Apmere Congress Childcare Centre
  • Care for children with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans for children
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to provide a comprehensive early childhood program
Requirements
  • Qualification in Children's Services or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA or the willingness to commence
  • Demonstrated experience caring for children aged 0-5 years
  • Ability to interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop in practical ways
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
