Key Role in Our Service Department

A critical position within our Service Department is available for a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

This role entails serving as the front-facing representative for the Service Department, delivering top-tier customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning tasks and work orders to employees based on their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by translating customer concerns into specific actions for the Service Department.
  • Task Management: Assign tasks and work orders to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Engage with customers to explain work performed and related costs; resolve concerns or escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate customer task files and work orders, including opening tasks, posting technician times, and comments.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations when performing duties.

Requirements:
