As a front-line representative of the healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for patients and ensuring their experience is seamless.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage reception duties including greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient appointments efficiently and precisely scheduling according to healthcare provider availability.
- Interact with patients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and provide timely reminders.
- Ability to work independently and positively within a team environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Handle patient payment transactions, including invoices, payments, and balances with attention to detail.

**Requirements for Success:**

- Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service professional in a healthcare setting, preferably with collaborative and flexible approach
- Strong time-management, organisational skills, and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and cope under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and colleagues
