Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our Financial Crime Operations team, focusing on Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD). This role involves reviewing investigations into high-risk and restricted industries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

The successful candidate will assess the application of our policies, procedures, and standards in daily operations and ensure compliance with AML/CTF Act and other regulatory requirements.

As a senior-level professional, you will work closely with the QC Manager to uphold quality standards across multiple business groups.

Key responsibilities include sampling, assurance of work completed by analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, 4-eye checks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

You will also play a key role in coaching, training, and supporting the team, driving continuous improvement across processes.

Collaboration and communication are crucial when working with stakeholders across ECDD Operations, AML Operations, Fraud and Scam Operations, Financial Crime Analytics & Systems, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations.

About the Role

Requirements include experience in quality control in FCO, strong AML/CTF compliance knowledge, enhanced customer due diligence, and customer exit experience. Experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not necessary.
