The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects in line with best practice contract management.
- Assist in preparing project budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
- Prepare contract documentation, manage contractors, and support tender assessments.
- E nsure all project work complies with relevant legislation and specifications.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering with relevant experience, or significant experience with lesser formal qualifications.
- Engineering registration or in progress towards registration.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, especially in municipal infrastructure.
- Proficiency in civil engineering/building design and construction principles.
- Excellent contract management skills, including the ability to prepare cost plans and schedules.
