About Our Infrastructure Management Role
This position involves recommending and determining statutory services related to civil engineering and urban planning approvals within designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional design assessment and management for growth area development and subdivision applications, including permits referrals, engineering design reviews, stormwater management strategy review, development planning, and certifications.
- Risk management and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in civil engineering and urban planning.
- Active strategy and scheme assessment and management to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in civil/environmental engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic/hydrological and stormwater quality modeling, as well as Victorian statutory planning processes.
- Extensive experience in decision-making in complex civil engineering and urban planning areas, with a strong background in financial management of development services schemes and infrastructure contribution plans.
