- Lead and support projects across our DEI strategy.
- Partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices into everyday work.
- Use data and insights to inform smarter, more impactful experiences.
- Review and refine policies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements include experience in Employee Experience, DEI or organisational development, as well as a solid understanding of inclusive workplace practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to lead or contribute to culture-building initiatives across diverse teams.
