Job Overview

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Bedford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their workplace goals while maintaining a safe and encouraging environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities in achieving their workplace goals
  • Develop a hands-on approach to ensure employee support needs are met and cleaning objectives are satisfied
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training progress
  • Ensure high standards of work health and safety practices are maintained
About the Ideal Candidate

You will have an empathetic and supportive attitude towards individuals with disability, as well as a strong desire to help others. You will have the ability to train and supervise others and experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

To be successful in this role you will need a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
