Overview

Turning Point Support (TPS) is a dedicated organisation made up of a highly qualified team of Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, and Recovery Coaches. We support NDIS participants in getting the most out of their NDIS plans by being flexible, adaptive, and client-centered. Based in various locations across Adelaide, our team has extensive backgrounds in Psychology, Social Work, and Counselling. As an NDIS Registered Provider, we match participants with coordinators best suited to their needs and pride ourselves on our proactive and personable approach.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position with part-time or full-time availability. The Support Coordinator will assist NDIS participants in negotiating with service providers, coordinating services, monitoring plan progress, and ensuring their NDIS plans are implemented effectively. Day-to-day tasks include managing cases, providing technical support, and offering exceptional customer service while liaising with participants, their families, and service providers.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Case Management and Technical Support
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proactive and client-centered mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
  • Previous experience in the mental health and disability sector is an advantage
