**Job Title:** Production Leading Hand

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Leading Hand to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and leading small groups of staff in designated work areas.

About the Role:
  • Lead by example and competently perform all duties of a Senior Catering Attendant and Catering Attendant.
  • Supervise, train, and induct team members within designated work areas, ensuring quality, productivity, and performance levels are met.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient workflow, optimize productivity, and ensure that team members receive and adhere to breaks and rosters.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, including Quality Control, Food Safety, and Workplace Health and Safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week.
  • Experience working in a food environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead small groups of staff.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS & Hygiene principles, with experience in HACCP compliance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and documents as required.
