Leadership Opportunity in Food Production

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee low-risk food processing operations and ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, training and mentoring team members, and operating machinery and equipment to support food product manufacturing.
  • They will drive achievement of production targets, implement efficiency improvement plans, and provide hands-on leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of food manufacturing experience, one year or more of team supervision experience, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Food Safety practices, HACCP, and WH&S principles
  • Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing or related field
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least three years of food manufacturing experience.
  • One year or more of team supervision experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial.
