Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the transformation of test environment and data management capability, driving resolution of incidents and ensuring availability of non-production environments.

  • We are seeking a passionate Test Environment Manager with test data management experience to design, configure, and maintain end-to-end non-production environments (on-prem/cloud).
  • The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functionality and availability of test environments to support program needs and facilitate efficient testing processes.
  • You will also be responsible for managing test data refresh and masking activities, gathering compliance requirements, and translating them into effective data masking and sub-setting approaches.
  • Additionally, you will oversee ongoing test data services and support for multiple projects, while actively engaging with stakeholders to drive technical discussions and provide regular reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing observability of non-production environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with program requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with contention management, resolving test environment conflicts across programs of work.
  • Ability to ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks are followed for your domain.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to resolve environment-related issues.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives such as health check processes, tool frameworks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Experience defining and implementing key test environment and test data metrics.
  • Excellent leadership skills to coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability.
  • Experience defining environment and test data management strategies for programs.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change and problem management.
  • Experience with industry-standard test environment management tools/platforms.
