About the Role

As a Marketplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative support across all marketplace platforms. Your key responsibilities will include product and inventory management, communication coordination between internal systems and online marketplaces, optimising product descriptions for better search visibility, and enhancing product styles for specific platforms.

Your New Role

  • You will report directly to the Ecomm D2C Manager.
  • You will work in a modern office based in Tullamarine (near Melbourne airport), with onsite parking provided.
  • You will have access to comprehensive training and upskilling from experts in the space.
  • You will work in a flexible environment with 2 days work from home and flexible working hours available.
  • You will receive competitive remuneration ($32 – $35 + super per hour, depending on experience).

What You'll Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Past administrative and coordination experience, particularly in the marketplace/retail space.
  • Previous experience with Apperal 21 (AP21) is desirable.
  • Tech savvy and highly organised, with attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
  • Ideal candidates will have access to a vehicle.
