Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Improvement: Assess, develop, and implement end-to-end operational procedures and systems to drive business maturity and scale, including customer identification, fraud prevention, loan origination, and life cycle.
- Process Documentation: Document procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Run the day-to-day middle office functions, including payment processing, customer journey management, compliance, and regulatory processes.
About You:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential lending operations.
- Skills: Skilled at analyzing data and proficient in Excel, process mapping, and process improvements.
- Education: Relevant degree and/or certifications preferred.
