Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving growth, and strengthening relationships across Australia.
The Role:- Lead a high-performing team focused on customer engagement and growth
- Develop and implement engaging campaigns and tailored offers to support customer growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer contact centre, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Manage team workflows, rosters, and service delivery to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Act as the primary escalation point for the team on customer queries via phone and email
- Utilise data and reporting tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive business growth
- Design and deliver engaging training to build skills in sales and service, enhancing the overall customer experience
- Champion onboarding, coaching, and capability development across the team, ensuring a strong foundation for future success
- Proven leadership experience in a Sales or Customer Service Manager position
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams and driving business growth
- A strong understanding of the sales process and CRM software, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in reporting data tools, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and identify trends
- An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
