We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the core banking flows on mobile and desktop platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Head of Design and key stakeholders to oversee the development, execution, and performance of the core banking flows.
  • Conduct user behavior analysis through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to create personas and user journey maps.
  • You will define content structure and organization, creating sitemaps, service maps, and navigation flows for seamless user experiences.
  • Craft and communicate a cohesive long-term design vision that guides teams towards creating beautiful, functional experiences.
  • Regularly participate in craft critiques and reviews to elevate design quality across the organization.
  • Conduct end-to-end audits of our UI, visuals, copy, and design system to ensure consistency.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to establish and maintain user journey maps and quarterly and yearly visions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in user experience, product, or working in an explicit design systems role.
  • Proficient in information architecture, user flows, task flows, customer journeys, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on designs at various fidelities.
  • Able to balance customer experience, business impact, speed, and quality in your design approach.
  • Familiar with creating layouts, choosing fonts and colors, designing icons, and making visuals that look great and make sense.
  • Able to explain design choices clearly and discuss ideas effectively with team members and clients.
  • Very skilled at using Figma, including its tools for working together with others.
  • Organized and efficient: Can manage time well, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced teams, collaborating with different departments to create and improve designs step-by-step.
  • Has worked in banking or similar fields or can quickly learn about new industries and apply that knowledge to design work.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use analytics and data to drive design decision-making.
