We are seeking a legal professional to provide expert advice and support to our business.

Job Description

This role involves providing legal guidance on various funds, investment management, general company, and commercial issues. You will work closely with local and global legal teams to address regulatory concerns and ensure compliance.

  • Provide legal advice on Australian and global regulatory issues related to asset management.
  • Collaborate with Dimensional's Global Legal team to address regulatory concerns.
  • Offer general regulatory advice, including interpreting and applying regulatory reforms to the business.
  • Provide legal guidance for new investment product launches, including preparation of disclosure documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian qualified lawyer.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong academic achievement at a reputable University.
  • Experience in private practice or in-house with an investment manager or financial services business, focusing on corporate and securities law or funds and investment management.
  • Ability to provide technically correct and commercially viable advice.
