Key Role: Legislative and Policy Compliance Advisor
This role will lead key compliance control functions to minimize exposure and contribute to the capability and culture uplift in governance across the agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive work experience in risk-based compliance and governance.
Legal qualifications with experience in administrative, commercial or regulatory law (Desirable).
