Job Title: Business Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Strategist to lead a team of analysts and developers in North Sydney. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of insights analysis experience and 1+ year of leadership experience.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen. As a Business Intelligence Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models using appropriate tools (SQL, Power BI, D365, and Excel) to test business hypothesis and assess impacts.

  • Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts and Developers in the design and build of models, dashboards, and solutions that provide actionable insights and recommendations on strategy and tactical business requirements.
  • Perform end-to-end analysis from data collection to presentation of unbiased quantitative analysis aspects of the RFx process, providing business and market intelligence and commodity tracking, tender submission commercial analysis as well as ad hoc scenario analysis across multi-dimensional data sets (POS, vendor sales, external indicators).
  • Implement best-practice processes and standards for business intelligence, data insights, and data analytics.
