About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience, and promoting our park as the ideal holiday destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to Ingenia Holidays, providing information on the park, surrounding area, and guest amenities.
  • Actively promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of the park.
  • Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
About You
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
  • Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability.
  • Team player, strong attention to detail, and well-organized worker.
