We are seeking a skilled Health Information Officer to join our team at Dental Health Services Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the digitalization and archiving of medical records and health information.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and access to patient records.
- Quality check health information in both scanned and paper-based forms.
- Sequence and categorize health information for scanning purposes.
- Collect health information from hospital departments while maintaining privacy.
- Update and maintain electronic locations of records and health information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing customer queries and issues.
- High level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with high accuracy in word processing and data entry.
- Experience in collecting files and maintaining the privacy of records.
- Experience in updating and maintaining electronic locations of records.
