Support Role for Audio Director

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced individual to support our Director, Audio. This role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, strong digital literacy, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, travel, and key events, and supporting strategic initiatives across a fast-paced division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities of the office
  • Manage incoming internal and external enquiries and correspondence
  • Manage diary and schedules, coordinate meetings, appointments, presentations, and travel itineraries
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
  • Plan and coordinate staff engagement and stakeholder activities

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing high-level support with minimal direction. You will need to be able to think on your feet, exercise sound judgment, and make an impact behind the scenes.
