Job Title: Audio Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audio Communications Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, testing and maintaining audio/communications facilities on field or studio projects.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all audio communication facilities in and around the OB compound are functioning and patched to be operationally ready by the scheduled hand-over time.

They will also ensure the environment of the audio and communications facilities is neat and tidy and professionally presented and does not pose any danger to the public or co-workers.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient knowledge of Riedel and RTS communications systems
  • Strong understanding of audio consoles, particularly LAWO and Calrec

As an Audio Communications Specialist, you will have a solid understanding of telecommunications protocols and network architectures. You will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

You will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in television broadcasting
  • Operational experience with Riedel and RTS communications systems
  • Basic knowledge of audio consoles, particularly LAWO and Calrec
