Audio Visual IT Specialist

This is a development opportunity for a unique working environment.

The role is responsible for the proper function and operation of the Audio Visual environment.

You will also ensure the proper functioning of personal computing and office technology.

Key responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, discussing, documenting, and resolving customer requests and escalations from the Technology Help Desk.

Problem resolution involves using incident management tools and hands-on support at the on-site level.

  • Provide technical support for facilities such as audio and video conferencing services.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Audio Visual technology and make recommendations to enhance implementation.
  • Meet with event organizers to discuss In-person, virtual or hybrid meeting requirements and solutions.
  • Provide recommendations and support for the successful delivery of major client and business events.

Ownership and driving issues to resolution including escalation to specialized resources within the broader IT organization are required.
