Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in managing major construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of contracted works.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee progress claims, variations, and other contractual matters to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Monitor and control project expenditure, including tracking and managing subcontractor claims.
  • Administer RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation to ensure accurate records.

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Degree qualified in construction management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in Western Australia.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of ProCore and other relevant project management software.
Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have a solid understanding of construction law and regulations, particularly in relation to major infrastructure projects.
