Kanda seeks a detail-focused finance administrator to support critical financial processes. This is a full-time role located in Bundaberg, QLD.
- Entry accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations.
- Manage debtor collections and associated reporting.
- Process and monitor customer budget funding requests.
- Provide administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements.
- Assist in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing.
- Entry-level position suitable for a school-leaver looking for a job in a growing organisation.
- General Bookkeeping skills are desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills.
- A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence is essential.
- Hold or willing to obtain an approved WWC.
- Proactive, accurate, and detail-orientated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Able to meet deadlines for reports, reconciliations, or audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- A team player with professional and positive personal presence.
